Not sure if this is a bug or intended functionality but it's a bug to me. When trying to create a new Homebrew Feat to alter a character's Carrying Capacity the tool reports that fractional values are not numbers. Because of this I can't create a Small Size Feat because I house rule that Small creatures should only be able to carry 1/2 of what a Medium creature can, or to allow Dwarves to be able to carrying 50% more because of their sturdy builds.
Yeah, unfortunately the Fixed Value field only allows whole numbers.
Actually, does anyone know if the Fixed Value field even works for Carrying Capacity? I think it's mainly for selecting a Size category to count as, like for Medium-sized Firbolgs & Goliaths to count as size Large for carrying, lifting and dragging stuff.
(Incidentally, I think previous versions of D&D used 3/4 carrying capacity for Small characters, with 1/2 for Tiny like 5e does.)
