Apologies if this has already been mentioned (multiple) times elsewhere, but I searched and couldn't find an answer.
I'm using D&D Beyond w/Roll20 for the first time as a GM. I'm testing things out by using my party members' D&DB character sheets (linked to Roll20 via the Chrome extension) to make rolls into Roll20. Everything appears to be set up properly and working as intended (including rolling attack + damage at the same time). EXCEPT, whenever I roll for damage on a regular attack--for example, a mace attack w/1d6 damage--two damage dice appear on the Roll20 screen when (AFAIK) only one should appear. Sometimes, the system chooses the higher roll to calculate damage; other times, it chooses the latter. I'm not sure what's causing this (or if it maybe has something to do with me making these rolls as the GM?)
This is ONLY when D&DB is set to show the dice roll on Roll20. If it's set to use the D&DB roll and only send the numerical results to Roll20 (without the dice roll actually appearing on the Roll20 screen), only the one damage dice appears on the D&DB site. However, I'd like to have these attack/damage rolls appear on the Roll20 screen, as it's more fun for the party.
D&D Beyond does not support any third party, including third party extensions. You will need to contact the developers who made whatever you're using to interface with Roll20.

Thanks. I'll do that. In the meantime, is there perhaps a better (non-support) channel in these forums I could post this to, in the hope that one of the many posters who use Beyond20 as part of their BeyondD&D + Roll20 setup have experienced this problem and might have a solution to it? I'm not asking the D&DB folks to fix it--I'm just asking if any of the users here have experienced it and can offer some help.
