I'm really liking that the dice roller now has that right-click menu option for choosing whether to have the roll show for Everyone in a campaign or just myself (and apparently there's a "to DM" option, but I maintain the campaign as "DM" so I don't get to see that.) Now I can test my homebrew without popping rolls onto the Log for everyone to see! :D
Now I see where I can go to the Game Log and set to have Everyone or Self be the default roll, and that's great, but it looks like refreshing the character sheet sets it back to Everyone as default.
The main problem, though, is that when I bring up the right-click menu and change an option, like to roll Advantage or log to Self, the right sidebar pops out with information about the type of thing I'm rolling for. This is okayish for skills or saves, but when I'm rolling for an attack or damage, the sidebar completely covers up the right-click menu, meaning I don't get to click Roll to actually do the thing!
(This is Firefox browser on Windows btw.)

Here's how it looks after I right-click Investigation check and then select Advantage:
And these 2 show when I right-click Dart Attack, and then select Advantage:
At that point I have no option to make the sidebar go away, aside from clicking twice on the sheet outside the sidebar, and that also makes the roller box go away.
Now, those were done with the browser fullscreened on my laptop. Here's how it looked when I tried going out of fullscreen, then right-clicked Investigation:
When I selected Advantage the right-sidebar completely covered up the roller box, but I was able to click the bottom-right button to put away the sidebar and complete the roll. Yay!
But I tend to use fullscreen so I can see my entire sheet, and it also makes it easier to use the homebrew UI. So I'd still like a fix for the issue, even though there is a way to accomplish the roll when out of fullscreen.
(I don't use any add-ons except NoScript, and have dndbeyond set to Trusted.)
I'd like to add to this, the overlay appearing when trying to select the options makes it difficult/impossible to use on smaller screens where the sheet is zoomed in as the overlay covers the adv/disadv selection.
The size of the browser window and the zoom level seem to make a difference, in terms of the character sheet changing over from full-sheet to where it has the buttons for choose what info to show and opening/closing the sidebar (like in my unfullscreen Investigation roll example.) The roller box pops up right about where I right-click a dice-roll area, so if the entire sheet is showing skills and the Action pane, right-clicking Attack and Damage dice-roll areas are more likely to cause the sidebar to cover up the roller box. My screen is only around 1300 pixels wide, if that helps.

Yeah, what I mean is that it pops up under the options for me, not over it. If it's a zoom thing, you are changing how the page functions at that point.

Ahh, I see. When I zoomed in more I was able to replicate what you show here.
My guess is that the sidebar only overlays on top of the roller if the roller box is fully covered by the sidebar.
Edit: Make that, if both the roller box and the box area you right-click to bring up the roller box are fully covered by the sidebar.
Edit2: Ehh it's complicated, but if the sidebar covers up both Attack and Damage boxes, the roller boxes will be covered; if the Attack box is not covered but the Damage one is, then both roller boxes will display on top of the sidebar. Interesting.
I get this also on two mobiles using Chrome. It's as if the roll menu is included in the tags for the 'tooltip' side menu, so any interaction with the roll menu is the same as touching the skill/ability name for more info.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? Also are you using any add-ons?

I'd like to add to this, the overlay appearing when trying to select the options makes it difficult/impossible to use on smaller screens where the sheet is zoomed in as the overlay covers the adv/disadv selection.
And It is generally quite jarring that the overlay pops up whenever I want to do a right click roll, even when It does not overlap with the roll menu.
The issue I'm having trouble replicating is getting the info pane to overlay the rolling box, but the other part (of it appearing) has been reported.

Okay, that finally lets me reproduce it. Thank you!
