So this is a relatively minor thing, but i feel like it should still be addressed for functionality reasons.
In the campaign i'm currently running, each of my players(and my DM character don't @ me, he's basically a pack mule) has purchased a horse mount and saddle. The saddlebags show up as utility containers. And i believe contextually they should allocate the weight of items to the mount(which is where that bit comes in), but mounts do not have the functionality for distribution and therefore weight that should be removed from the player still counts against their carrying capacity.
This may seem nitpicky but as a matter of utility for these features - mounts and saddlebags - the issue is pretty blaring.
