if you take cure wounds for free by being a divine sorcerer, you can’t replace (unlearn) that spell at a level up. It specifically says in XGTE that if you replace this spell, you must replace it with a cleric spell, meaning it’s replaceable at level ups so this should be possible.
DDB has issues coding this type of ability. The illusionist wizard has a similar problem. For now, use a homebrew feat or item to add an additional spell to replace it.

Is there a way make a spell from a feat use spell slots (i.e. have the cast button next to it as oppose to "At Will")?
Not sure, I haven't delved deep into homebrew.
You could homebrew the subclass itself.
