I am fairly new player of 5e coming from Pathfinder 1e. So what magic items should I have my character a lvl 3 BardLock (2bard/1hexblade) keep his eye for? Saw a video on youtube about something called Mac-Fuirmidh also kind of like the idea of the Wand of the War Mage for my eldritch blast spamming lowbie. Any items that boost charisma?
As a burgeoning warlock, a Rod of the Pact Keeper might be preferable. That said, both classes cannot use the same spellcasting focus: bards get musical instruments and warlocks get arcane foci. Which makes a component pouch the best option for you.
But back to the subject of magic items. Coming this soon from Pathfinder 1e, it might be a bit of a shock how few magic items a party could come across. Some hardcover modules dole out less than half a dozen over the first 5 levels. And some of the ones which are are so...cosmetic that they won't improve your character's statistics at all. They just "look cool".

What I'm trying to say is don't worry about it.
Any of the instruments of the bard would be wonderful to unbox Christmas morning.
Glamoured Studded Leather is a fun +1 armor most bards would enjoy having.
My sword bard really wants a moonblade and a sunblade. I would even settle for a frostbrand
She enjoys her ring of protection as would most people.
