I’m not playing this but just curious about how to make this build fun(might be a back up though) so let’s use standard array for stats. 15 will go to wisdom (16)
For reference, I played a Water Genasi Tempest Cleric in a higher level (levels 10/12) mini-campaign. So my advice might be the greatest at lower levels, but I'll try.
While I see what you're going with, having con be a 10 thanks to the modifier, arguably you want it to be higher. Outside of wanting it for concentration checks, Tempest clerics are geared more towards being in close range (as they get heavy armor, martial weapons, and Divine Strike). Outside of that and how you'll get a trident (which isn't too hard really) it looks like a pretty decent build.

The ever growing document of character concepts can never be too long, can it?
Thanks! The reason I have high dex is because I hate heavy armor, my play style is be fast and nimble and being stealthy is awesome even if you aren’t a rouge.
You want a high con. Tempest clerics are front line melee types, you’ll need the hp and concentration checks. Also, since you get a heavy armor and martial weapons, you might want to consider higher str and wearing that heavy armor. But con for sure. You don’t need int for anything (I guess religion, but clerics are paradoxically just bad at religion) it should be a dump stats.
With the way you have your stats set up, you're going to struggle. A lot. You're also extremely MAD (multiple attribute dependent). Looks like you are using standard array?
You're going to have to dump dex if you're going to use the trident and put those points to str. With standard array (I prefer point buy) I'd set up my stats (after mods) to be 14 str, 10 dex, 15 con, 12 int, 16 wis, 8 cha. That will give you a +2 to-hit and damage with your trident, +2 con mod for hit points and conc saving throws (and as a melee cleric you're gonna be making these a lot, especially after you get spirit guardians), gives you the 16 wisdom you want. I don't like heavy armor or low dex builds, but nothing can be done about it given the other requirements you laid out so something had to give. Dex is the obvious dump since you can cover up the problem with heavy armor. As far as sneaking around, well, until you could afford a breastplate you'd have disadvantage anyways unless you really screw yourself by only wearing a chain shirt. There's really not a lot of synergy between water genasi and tempest domain clerics but you can make it work. Tridents are terrible weapons, but if you're willing to accept it for what it is, you can make a character that's not terrible.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

All right, you bring up a good point, for once in my life I shall dump dex

dex For a AC boost. [not using heavy armor] (14)
next is int (13)
now strength(12)
next charisma (10)
and then con (10 because of modifier)
for weapons I’m going trident
is this a good build?
I’m doing a tempest domain btw

Also I might swap con with charisma
