This is entirely homebrew, so you'd just have to search the Internet.
Also, for some free advice. Don't use homebrew for your first character. Many (maybe most) DMs don't allow it. And most homebrew is of fairly poor quality. I'm not saying anything about this one in particular, since I don't know anything about it. Could be it's quite well-balanced.
If it's this Meteor Knight you're referring to - https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Meteor_Knight_(5e_Class) I took a quick look, and it seems pretty overpowered to me. Plus, at least one ability is worded so that it makes no sense. Honestly, a LOT of the homebrew I've seen on that sight is quite unbalanced. For your first character I'd definitely recommend sticking to the official material. It'll be balanced with the rest of the party, and if you have any questions about how to play your character, the others in the group will be able to help you since it's not something they've never seen before.
well it definitely needs to be toned down. some abilities needed to be changed.
to create your meteor armor trainees trek out north into the wilderness to preform a ritual to summon a swarm of that takes 3 hrs to complete. what the trainee doesnt know is its actualy a near by Wizard silently casting it and what the ritual really does is give temp hp for a couple of hours. when its safe to collect the the trainee gatherers them up and treks back to the compound to give the steel and the meteorites to the on site grandmaster blacksmith to hammer out what is the base meteor armor with the orders emblem on the chest or shoulder. this process takes a month or so
also i was thinking that the Meteor Knight order uses technology from Artificers that uses a replicated self recharging cosmic battery that has 10 or more charges and each charge take 15 secs to recharge there are better bats but this is your starting one. magitek booster items that attach to the persons back, back and front shoulders and legs as well as the arms for whirlwind spin to win where right from and back left make you spin around 3 times
also meteor strike uses the boosters on the arms to hyper boost the weapon into the ground so hard it creates a shockwave dealing XDX damage. deals weapon damage to your weapon unless you put rune of stone on your weapon so you don't have to worry about it breaking
you learn launch at a early level where you can boost up
blast off is where you hyperboost so fast you leave a patch of fire in a10 foot diameter of where you where standing dealing XDX fire damage
endure if you get to 0 hp boost back or up out of harms way and use a health pot or a dice roll to regane health. needs a long rest afterwards to use again
impact boost into an enemy from the ground to air
Heightened Defense is mostly the same
As a heavily armored combatant, perception of the battlefield is key, and staying alive is better.
At 2nd level, while wearing heavy armor, you gain a +1 bonus to your AC. Starting at 5th level, this bonus increases to +2.
