Is it possible to access the revised ranger on dndbeyond?
I'm trying to set up the party I dm for on the site so I can have easy access to their character sheets, but I don't see a way to use that version of the ranger and it is really frustrating me not to be able to set it up properly.
There is currently no way to get the Revised Ranger changes here in DDB.
This is due to WotC expressly stipulating in their license agreement with Curse (the owners of DDB) that any Playtest Material (UA) archived on the D&D official website should not be available here in DDB.
In the near-ish future the option to create full homebrew classes will be available (no ETA), and at that moment I am sure several "Revised Ranger" versions will find their way into DDB.

Born in Italy, moved a bunch, living in Spain, my heart always belonged to Roleplaying Games
I made multiple custom feats granting the RR abilities and specifying which class abilities of the base Ranger it replaces. It was a tedious task, I only did it up to level 5 since we didn't play past there, and the Beast Companion had to be manually edited every level, but ultimately it was quite effective.
