Fey-Touched and Shadow-Touched give you a plus one that you can put into Int, as well as a second level spell (Misty Step or Invisibility respectively) plus a choice of a first level spell from specific Schools of magic (Divination or Enchantment for Fey and Illusion or Necromancy for Shadow). You can cast each spell for free once a day. They can also be cast using spell slots, effectively giving you two new Wizard spells for free.
If you want a bit of Psionic flavoring to your Wizard, you could take Telepathic or Telekinetic. Each gives you the the option for a +1 to Int. Telepathic gives you a one way means of silent communication with a creature within 60 feet and the Detect Thoughts spell which you can cast once a day free as well as being able use spell slots to cast it. Telekinetic gives you the Mage Hand cantrip that can be invisible, and if you already had Mage Hand on your spell list then the range of the spell increases by 30 ft. You can also use it to pull or push a target 5 ft. within 30 ft. as a bonus action if they fail a saving through.
Skill Expert gives you a +1 to any Stat of your choice (so Int here), as well as one new skill proficiency and one skill expertise from a skill you already know.

It depends on the type of wizard and game youre playing. Ive had linguist pay off big in 1 game and be useless in another. If youre looking a universal go-to I'd say telepathic or telekinetic. Both of those can go very well for the flavor of a wizard and telekinetic gives you mage hand plus the shove of gust without burning a cantrip slot.
The best feat for a 1st Level Wizard depends on your character concept, of course. But if you want to play an offensive-minded wizard who wants the 1st and 2nd level spell that does the most single-target damage (3d10), take Shadow Touched. This feat gives you access to Inflict Wounds. Since Inflict Wounds is on the Cleric list, WIS is the spell-attack modifier. And whenever anyone who isn't a Cleric wants access to Inflict Wounds, e.g., using the Magic Initiate (Cleric) feat, the spell attack modifier is always WIS. But Shadow Touched allow player's to use the spell-attack modifier for Inflict Wounds that they select for the ability score that they choose to increase:
Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You learn the invisibility spell and one 1st-level spell of your choice. The 1st-level spell must be from the illusion or necromancy school of magic. You can cast each of these spells without expending a spell slot. Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat.
This is huge because it doesn't require a Wizard to invest in WIS in order to attack (most) effectively with Inflict Wounds. Instead the Wizard can use their primary spellcasting ability, INT, as the spell-attack modifier.
Last, I do like Fey Touched because of Misty Step but it's very easy to make the argument that for a 1st level character spamming the hell out of Invisibility confers just as much or more benefit as Misty Step.
Hey what feats can you guys suggest me for a level 4 wizard which gives + 1 Int (so i can bump Int to 18)?
Keen mind gives you a +1
but bro, just take the ability score increase if you need a ability score increase Keen mind basicly is the "I have this feet so i dont need to take notes"

Another option is to split the bonuses into Int and Con, in order to grab Resilient later. Or split among any two stats with Int being one of them in order to take a non-int +1 Stat feat later.
Telekinetic is my go-to pick for wizard. It helps weaponize your Bonus Action which is something wizards can often have a hard time doing unless they burn their concentration on a handful of BA activated ongoing spell effects. But I find using proper control and utility/support spells that use concentration much more formidable and the shove even synergizes with this approach by shoving enemies into your area effects or yoinking allies out of the way of you dropping something nasty on the battlefield where they are standing in the way.
The longer range invisible mage hand and the +1 int sweeten the deal, obviously.
It is apparently so hard to program Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul spell-swapping into dndbeyond they had to remake the game without it rather than implement it.
Agree, the Telekenetic feat is really powerful--it can be spammed every round! IMO it's also great for druids who have a lot of AoE spells that restrain enemies or create difficult terrain, like Entangle, Plant Growth, Spike Growth, etc. The Druid wouldn't even need to Wildshape to use the feat.

Telekinetic is my personal favorite. Fey Touched and Telepathic are also solid choices. Keen Mind if you want to annoy your DM by not taking notes.
