I agree with RoughCoronet and UncannyPally, when I started reading this post I was thinking - Yes this would be perfect for a devotee to Eilistraee, which is something I was looking for for a Drow character I've been tossing around in my head. As my character would be above ground mostly, it would be very thematic to go that way and help deal with Sunlight Sensativity....! Thank you for the idea!!! :)
MamaToast, if you've gotten to play your build some, can you give us an update on how it's worked for you?
Eversmoking Pot and Blind Fighting is pretty fun. This combo does indeed work though. I suggest 1 level in Artificer, then 2 levels twilight Cleric, then wizard bladesinger personally.
1 level in Artificer divided by 2 rounded UP is still 1 level for spell slots. Also you get their whole spell list (many wizard spells) without needing a spell book to cast them. Oh, and CON/INT proficiency for the win.

Are you suggesting taking the 1 level of artificer to gain access to the eversmoking pot? Wouldn't you need 2 levels for that?
