This is the very first time I have ever done this on any platform for any thing. That's how important this is. DND Beyond needs to allow us to literally make a weapon from scratch. It would not be that difficult. The Homebrew Weapon Creation tooling allows you to slightly tinker with already created weapons, it does not allow us to make an entire new weapon from scratch. I have tried a wide variety of modifier combinations to change the range distance and damage die of a wide variety of different weapons, to no avail. Everything else seems to be malleable. Damage Type, etc. You can add spells to a weapon, extra attacks to an item, etc. How do I get ahold of DND Beyond to get this fix implemented?
Before you ask, I already created an action that shows the stats of the weapon I wanted to create. However, it is not the same. I want it to be mechanically and operationally exactly like OC.
While I'm at it. While Homebrewing a sub-class I wanted to be able to add specific item options to a class feature and that option was not there. There is a gargantuan amount of options within the homebrew settings of this application which is incredible, however these things I found lacking and would like solved. Haha
