The tools we are given for homebrew, we can make almost anything we want with it. I use this website for fully custom made D&D worlds, using all custom items and spells etc. But there are a couple things that we aren't able to do with our tools that make life very hard, and force us to use different websites. Things like allowing us to add custom weapons to our characters and customize their damage without having to make it an innate ability, just so that is rollable. Also, allowing us to make custom races is incredibly nice, but for some campaigns, I have to limit my party from using specific classes because in the homebrew, they don't work. Then to make a custom "class" I have to fully make a subclass for them, which they don't get until level 3. Which there are two ways to go about this, instantly level the party up to level 3, which makes them stronger than a lot of low level encounters, effectively removing an entire portion of the game. Or, slowly leveling up the party to level 3, which means they don't get their custom class until level 3, which depending on how often you level up your characters, this can be inconsistent. If we had the ability to create custom classes, we would be able to use the website for more things, and be able to have more freedom for custom D&D campaigns, or even just base D&D campaigns who want to spice things up.
TLDR: Custom classes, weapons, and armor, would be very nice to let us use.

I agree having a class creator would be nice.
