I like it! Sigil runs rather smooth in the browser which I was surprised by. This could just be due to the limit beta. The tokens look really good and functioned well for a Beta as do the animations. We did a very basic empty room dungeon just to get a feel for it all, but I could definitely see a space for a creator's market offering different pre-built dungeon rooms or have the official adventurers built out for sigil, repackaged, and resold. I know doing that some something akin to goblin culture but there is a company behind all of this who will.
However, there are some adjustments I would make:
Players cannot independently roll their initiative. Our DM tried for a while to get it to work but everything gets auto rolled. This is really nice but also it would be nice if we could still retain the ability to roll our own rolls as players.
No way to upload our own digital tokens from places like HeroForge.
Custom items are not available nor was everything imported over from our character sheets in DnDBeyond.
Not every monster has a token. Some things like Spiders are missing and there are just Giant Scorpions but no Scorpions. It would be better to give all tokens the size adjustment option so a normal spider can just be made giant.
Items do not show as nested inside containers like sacks or backpacks or on pack animals like horses. Some people track weights.
Give us more colors for pointers! I personally always use gray which wasn't an option.
The search bars did not work. Probably just a bug.
Tokens should be able to hover/fly and some need wings. We had a Faerie in out party.
Characters should be able to have mounts for their token. My character has a horse the most OP thing in DnD.

Probably worth noting that this forum is for D&D Beyond feedback, which doesn't cover Project Sigil. Maybe try the discord server?

Yeah, I wasn't really sure where to go with my feedback...
