The random character generator is not functional in the sense that you cannot generate a level X character and have it create a workable character. Many of the selection options on the "Home" tab of character generation should be included in the initial launch page of the random character generator. I mean that while you can choose your race and class, you cannot choose content. There needs to be a filter before the character Is randomly generated, not after. A possible work around to this is just to move the whole "randomize" function into the Home tab. This way you can be more selective about the content and features you want.
I understand there is a benefit for making it simple, and perhaps the randomize feature works for those who are playing for free and have limited and compatible content, but since I own a significant amount of content, the randomize feature will, for example, Pull from 2014 and 2024 classes if I multiclass.
