This is more of a generic question than anything, but I was wondering if anyone else is struggling with DnDBeyond when using Blood Hunter class?
Perhaps I'm not looking in the right direction when using it, but the issues I've encountered so far are:
- The Crimson Rite cannot be "switched on" so you need to manually change the max HP of your character, and have to remember to add the damage to your attacks
- Similarly, if you choose the Order of the Mutant, and use formulas, you have to manually keep track of their effects by overriding the stats, or adding darkvision to your character notes etc.
I haven't tested this class using other Orders, so I don't know if there are any other issues considering features, which affect your character's stats temporarily, but I was wondering if there were any plans of making this easier for users, and if anyone else had encountered similar "inconveniences"?
DDB hasn't implemented temporary effects for any class, such as rage damage for barbs, or the Blood Hunters various self effects. Temporary effects are coming
It should also be noted that Blood Hunter is a homebrew tier class and so might not have 100% functionality in all areas.
Its a potion that you use a bonus action to imbibe for a temporary change in stats - not a permanent change. Additionally, you get to learn three at level three, but only craft one when you rest, so there would be no way of automatically knowing which one you wanted to craft for the rest. This would definitely fall under the "temporary effects of any class"

I didn't know it was temporary (no one in my group ever plays the edge hunter class).

I would think mutations should be working automatically.
