When clicking the character picture or title, the settings tab used to drop just below. Making it easy to move the cursor slightly down and select the needed content. I get that adding the larger image, with class / multiclass info is cool. But the dropdown settings tab should have remained below where the viewers focus already was. Feels awkward to refocus across the screen and slightly down.
It's a nitpicky comment, but the change was unnecessary, to begin with. If D&D Beyond really wants to have the image & class info that's cool! Just make it a separate tab item that's across the screen from the drop-down menu when it's being used. It's what interaction design is all about.
