Is there any information about whether more advanced content management is in the works? This is a feature I've been hoping for for years at this point, and although it's nice to be able to toggle specific sourcebooks, it doesn't seem from the dev updates that there are any plans to offer more options.
Specifically, I wish that we had the option to:
Sort homebrew into folders or custom tags, which can then be toggled on and off like sourcebooks for campaign content sharing (in individual character sheets too would be cool, but not as crucial)
Toggle individual features from sourcebooks (for example, allowing some but not all subclasses from Xanathar's)
If it's easier to implement, even just being able to toggle each individual piece of homebrew would be amazing
I have a lot of homebrew in my collection and play with many different DMs, who all have different preferences for homebrew. One allows none at all, but I've still had to homebrew a couple things for ease of use (magic items and a UA feature as a feat), one allows things piecemeal with approval, one is all about homebrew and doesn't scrutinize it much... But my character sheets are all or nothing. When I DM, I usually allow a specific list of homebrew things (usually things that fit the setting--like the content from the Tal'Dorei Campaign Guide for a Wildemount campaign I'm planning) but would rather not overwhelm my players with a huge list of all the homebrew I've saved and created over the years.
It would also be nice just to have a bit more organization/control over how the homebrew collection is organized.
Just here to bump this. Frankly the folder structure (or lack thereof) is embarassing. It should not be a difficult thing to add, and it would be such a QoL improvement.
Add to this a toggle to hide specific homebrew from players please. I have items that can be unlocked and I'd like to keep the players from seeing the unlocked versions if they get exploratory without having to withhold my work from DnDB.
Then you'd have to do a little bit of juggling, but you should be able to put it in your collection long enough for a user to locate it when you want them to see it, and then once it's on their sheet, you can remove it from your collection again and it should still be on their sheet. Someone might need to confirm that, though.
How would you remove a personally created homebrew item from your collection or only make certain homebrew items visible? I mostly don't use other people's homebrew but make my own homebrew.
To remove a piece of homebrew from your Collection, simply find it in your Collection and expand the details (or click on it to bring you to the homebrew's details page), and click on the Remove From Collection button at the bottom:
If it is an item you have created, you can still find it in your Creations (and add it to your Collection again in the future).

More advanced content management is planned, no ETA.

If you set your homebrew so that it's not in your collection, it won't be visible to others in a campaign.

Shayone | Hobgoblin | Sorcerer | Netherdeep
And if You have two campaigns?
