So my dm recently gave my character the Mizzium Apparatus magic item. Because of the items effect to let me attempt to cast any spell from the spell list of my classes as long as I have a spell slot for it, is there a way to the spells that my character doesn't know to my spell list so I have a list of all options? I know it can be technically done via a homebrewed feat or subclass but I only seem to be able to add one spell at a time, and since my character is a divine soul sorcerer/hexblade warlock who can cast up to 5th level is there a way to be able to add whole spell lists are prepared or do I just need to manually add every single cleric, Sorcerer, and warlock spell up to the level I can cast?
That's a good question. I have a character with a Hat of Wizardry that allows similar attempts to cast a wizard cantrip you don't know, so I feel your pain. I don't think DDB currently has a way to store "potentially useable spell lists", and if you did homebrew something to add them all somehow, your Spells section would be a mess.
Since the item lets you attempt to cast a spell from your class list(s) that you don't know or have prepared, what you could do is Manage Spells from your Spells section, then look through what's available under Add Spells for each class. Even without adding a particular spell to your own set of spells, you can view the spell's description to know how it's cast, and then manually tick a spell slot for the level you cast at.
It's not as nice an interface, but at least you have access to the lists of spells you'd be capable of casting.
Thank you for that advice since it helps with the spell list of the sorcerer part of my character but there is still an issue with my specific situation. The Mizzium Apparatus says "While you are wearing the mizzium apparatus, you can use it as an arcane focus. In addition, you can attempt to cast a spell that you do not know or have prepared. The spell you choose must be on your class's spell list and of a level for which you have a spell slot, and you must provide the spell's components." that means while I'm not a high enough leveled warlock to cast 4th and 5th level warlock spells since I have the spell slots to cast those levels I can attempt, but by not being high enough level those spells don't appear in the Add spells section of the character sheet.
Hmmm... normally you only get to "know" a spell via your class based on your number of class levels, but yeah, if the item itself says the spell "must be on your class's spell list and of a level for which you have a spell slot", then yeah, you would still be able to cast it. Good point.
That has all the cantrip through level 5 spells on the sorcerer & warlock lists in spell-level order. It's more or less the way I look up cantrips for my Hat of Wizardry (not that I've found a good reason to attempt casting a cantrip I don't know yet, given I only get 1 per day...)

If you open "game rules" at the top page on DDB you can open a new tab under the "spells" section. From there you can use advanced filters to specify the entire spell lists of classes you can choose, such as warlock spells, or warlock and cleric spells together. If you have that tab open you should be able to switch over and view any level of spell that you need from any given class. 😁

In which case, option 2 is having a spare browser tab with this: https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells?filter-class=0&filter-class=6&filter-class=7&filter-search=&filter-level=0&filter-level=1&filter-level=2&filter-level=3&filter-level=4&filter-level=5&filter-verbal=&filter-somatic=&filter-material=&filter-concentration=&filter-ritual=&filter-sub-class=&sort=level
