I'm making a homebrew subclass that adds the character's Charisma score to their walking speed, and when I try to enter the macro {{abilityscore:cha}} into the fixed value, it says its not possible. Is there anyway to accomplish this?
Gotcha, and as for movement, from what I've seen of the rules, if you had say 29 ft of movement, you would only get 25 ft of movement in combat at least.

Those {{ }} macros only work in Snippets, and are only meant for display, not changing values.
I'm not sure there is a way to change walking speed in the way you're attempting. It currently just allows fixed values.

How do I add the modifier to the walking speed?
You don't, it's only allowing fixed values.
Edit: Also, I think walking speeds tend to be multiples of 5, since grid squares are 5ft.
