One of the players in the campaign I'm running has been unable to access his account after initially setting up the character. The account was set up with an old gmail address with inconsistent access. Is there any way to switch the account to a new email address (uses yahoo.ca) and log in using email?
I've never encountered the problem myself before, so I'm unable to provide assistance, especially with an inability to see what is going on. While we can work together to make notes by having me access his character sheet through the campaign, it would be preferable if the player was able to access his character sheet.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
