You can create homebrew spells and backgrounds, races, etc, but there doesn't seem to be an option to create custom class options like a warlock patron.
I think (maybe wrong) that OP was asking about options more than custom classes. In my case, I'm playing in a game where my DM created a homebrew patron that gives different Pact Boons than the standard. Is there any way to reflect this? IE: different additional spell availability, different abilities at specific levels, etc.
I've almost transitioned to completely paperless in my game play. This and the companion section are all I'm still needing to complete the move.
If anyone knows a way to make the custom patron "gifts" available, let me know.

Homebrew subclasses is a feature coming very soon.
Homebrew classes are not. It is not on the roadmap.
