I took some time to go through the first two chapters of the DMG and these are the things I found that might need fixing (there were some missing links to monster stats that I didn't include).
Chapter 1: A World of Your Own
In the section The Big Picture, the words Player’s Handbook and Dungeon Master’s Guide in first sentence should link to the PHB and DMG respectively.
In the Gods of Your World section, the words Player's Handbook in the first sentence of the 1st paragraph should be italicized. Also, the ' in the word Player's should be replaced by ’.
In the Languages and Dialects section, the words Player’s Handbook in the second sentence of the 1st paragraph should link to the Languages section in chapter 4 of the PHB.
In the Benefits of Renown subsection, the " surrounding the words Creating Nonplayer Characters in the third sentence of the Perks. paragraph should be replaced by “ and ” respectively. Also, the " surrounding the words Between Adventures in second sentence of the Downtime Activities. paragraph should also be replaced.
In the Piety section, the " surrounding the word Treasure in 4th paragraph should be replaced by “ and ” respectively.
In the subsection 3. Craft a Starting Adventure, the " surrounding the words Creating Adventures in 1st paragraph should be replaced by “ and ” respectively.
In the Creating a Background section, the " surrounding the words Dungeon Master's Workshop. in 2nd paragraph should be replaced by “ and ” respectively.
In the Crossing the Streams section, the words magic missile should link to the magic missile spell. Also, the " surrounding the words Dungeon Master's Workshop in last sentence of the 2nd paragraph should be replaced by “ and ” respectively.
In the Spells section, the bolded paragraph titles Plane Shift and Gate at the start of the 2nd and 4th paragraphs should not link to the plane shift and gate spells respectively. In addition, the word gate in the first sentence of the 4th paragraph should link to the gate spell.
In the Psychic Wind Effects table, the words chapter 8 in the Mental Effects column of the 2nd table should link to the Madness section of chapter 8 rather than the start of chapter 8.
In the Optional Rule: Mad Winds subsection, the words Running the Game in the fourth sentence should link to the Madness section of chapter 8 rather than the start of chapter 8. Also, the " surrounding the words Running the Game in the fourth sentence should be replaced by “ and ” respectively.
In the Important Layers subsection, the words Monster Manual in the second sentence of the 1st paragraph should link to the Demon Lords section of the MM. Also, the ' in the word Graz'zt in the first sentence of The Tripple Realm paragraph should be replaced by ’.
I should have done all of those, with the exception of two.
The magic missile in the Crossing the Streams section, since it is a plural and the alignment of "Town" in In the Gate-Towns of the Outlands table. I need to prepare a specific spell to fix those.
I didn't even realize it was magic missiles, i.e., plural, in the Crossing the Streams section. I just noticed it was italicized in both the book and online. I mentioned in my original post that I didn't include several missing monster stat block linking issues, this was largely because many of the monsters reference were plural and would therefore need special handling. I did some digging and I managed to figure out how to do it. However, it's a time consuming process to do this for each monster as it requires digging up an id number for each monster. I thought it would be a nice solution of the normal [monster] tag would accept the plural form of each monster, however this could get confusing if there were ever a case where the plural of one monster matched the singular form of another. So I think a better fix would be to introduce a new [monsters] tag for when you want to specifically link to the plural form of a monster. This could be extended to spells and items as well and would work well from a consistency standpoint, as it would ensure each monster is handled similarly across all posts, however it would also require you guys to set up a table with all the correct plural forms of each monster/item/spell name.
To aid you, here are my notes on the monsters I noticed that could potentially use linking to monsters.
