I recently bought multiple books which came with new wizard subclasses, such as the Chronurgy and Graviturgy wizard. However, I cannot select them in the character builder. They do not appear. I cannot scroll down in the sub menu to see them.
Additionally, this is also happening with fighter subclasses. I cannot see one of my homebrew subclasses even though it is enabled, and cannot see the Echo Knight subclass.
I attempted to look this up first but the only similar post I could find was this, which doesn't have a solution:
As always, please post a link to your character sheet so the mods may look at it.
Make sure you have actually bought the entire book, and not just the compendium content; cick on the link in my signature so you can check your product licences to make sure it is the whole thing and not just the compendium content. While you are on that page, make sure your entitlements are in sync too.
Make sure you have enabled ALL source option toggles in the character builder. If the toggle is on, the circle will look red and it will be towards the right. 99% of the time, enabling all toggles should show you everything you own. Unless your GM tells you otherwise, just enable all toggles.
Make sure your characters are at the right level. Different classes access their subclasses at different levels.

This is a completely different issue. That poster was referring to class page, not the character builder.

You need to enable Critical Role Content in your HOME | Preferences; the toggle needs to be red/to the right.
