I am making an order of scribes wizard and have the fulminating treatise magic item. The spells were not automatically added to my known spells and when I tried to add them manually some spells would not even appear at all. Any help would be appreciated.
It's functionally a spellbook. You just need to Manage Spells to add them to your Wizard. Note that you would only be able to add the spells that are of a level you can prepare. What level is your Wizard?
