I can't find digital books on Amazon. Are you sure what you ordered was supposed to come with them? If so, that sounds like a problem to take up with them.

According to the page for it on the DND website, it says I get the digital versions with it, though I do not know how to claim it. I purchased the set from amazon. https://dndstore.wizards.com/us/product/770152/dd-core-rulebook-gift-set-bundle
AFAIK: The digital copy is included only if you buy the package directly from WotC's official dndstore.
