I have a level 4 Cleric and noticing some spells (particularly ALL of level 3 spells) are not available to choose form. One in particular (but not limited to) is Spirit Guardians, I have the books for all of them(i.e. for Spirit Guardians I have the Players Handbook)  yet they are not available. Is there any solution to this or am I going to have to just make homebrew versions to have them available?

You don't get 3rd level spells until 5th level

Spell level and spellcasting class level are different. IDK why really... But:

At cleric level 1 you get level 1 spells, at level 3 you get level 2 spells, at level 5 you will get level 3 spells and so on.
