Could people look into improving the reliability of the character app, after all it is the main reason almost all of us pay each month.... I dont want to have to work off a pdf when I am paying for a service... it is getting really annoying. I could understand your servers were hammered with people quitting a month or so ago... but that should be easing off now... can you put the load balancing back on the core function of the site (and that doesnt mean the market place, after all why spend for stuff you cannot use cos the service keeps borking)
I mean 3:30 pm in the afternoon and sheets are down. People were worried about DnDbeyond cornering the VTT market.....lol. Site has to work for that to happen.

Peak time in the UK, 20:30 (or 8:30pm for US folks).
And most of our players aren't able to access characters.
I run a key global digital service for a government - more than happy to come and sort this mess out as you clearly have no idea how to handle the user story here or fix an HPI within a reasonable time frame

surprise surprise..... sit down with the group for our session and DnDB is borked..... yet again..... really starting to look like we move our stuff away from here despite how much we have spent. It's becoming too frequent that it's borked and we can't play, and looking through things... not even a notification that there is an issue, no mention of how long it's going to be, nothing!
Has there been any word from DDB as to why they keep having issues? As a Master tier subscriber who has spent a LOT of money on books/resources here, and more importantly time/energy, this is frustrating in the extreme.
Honestly, I expect better.

I'm retired with no schedule limitations. I'm an experienced player, but I'm still learning 5e Looking for a group that has a healthy mix of hack and slash and Roleplaying. enough RP to make it fun and different from MMORPGs and enough hacking and slashing to so I don't feel like a bought a bunch of dice just to have them collect dust.
I'm requesting a refund of downtime via support ticket for this. It's absolutely ridiculous that they've gone this long with such a problem and haven't even told us what's going on.

Our game just paused with this. Its a new game to aren't super familiar with our characters,
I guess we need to ensure we have hard copies going forward.

Down again. Whatever changes you're trying to push out.... just don't.... They didn't work last time, they are not working this time.
