I (the DM) can see my characters fine, but I'm trying to share them with my group and the links are throwing the following (both on mobile and browser):
Error Code: 98baf9a5e41a4ab38e10de3b22546951
Version: @dndbeyond/character-app@1.32.0
If I open these links in my browser while logged in, I can see everything fine. However, opening an incognito tab gives me the same error. I'm hoping to get this resolved by Friday night but I'm not feeling very confident after seeing everyone else's experiences...
If possible, try this: Close all DND Beyond browser windows. Do same on mobile. In you computer browser go into settings, locate the tab that controls your caches and website date (usually Privacy) then delete the data ONLY for dndbeyond.com; again, the same for the app on your mobile. Once accomplished, log in with your account credentials (they should have been retained) to dndbeyond.com n your favored browser and attempt to accomplish the wayward task again. Hopefully this will (temporarily?) cure the problem. If not, open a support ticket with DnD Beyond. Good luck!
I've cleared caches on all devices used to access dndbeyond but I've had no luck with rectifying this. It seems I'm not the only one dealing with these issues, so I don't think it'll do me any good, but how do I submit a support ticket?
The problem seems resolved for me, but it was nothing that I did on my end, and took over a week. Something is seriously broken on DDB's end.

Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.
Most of us that have this problem will have to wait it out I suppose because nothing really works but that doesn’t mean we should stop looking for other ways to fix this!
Maybe a fix for some. I was using Chrome as my browser but logged out. The I opened dndbeyond.com in Firefox browser then logged in again and that seemed to fix this specific issue. I was also able to send a support request using the link that Druid54 posted above. They stated that the issue was fixed "We recently had an outage that affected the character tools on our website and application. The team has since resolved the issue and tools and character sheets should be back to normal."
I haven't checked in Chrome yet but it worked for me. Hope this helps! Game on!
I have tried all the above steps also. I even went as far as deleting my Anti-Virus just to make sure nothing is blocking access. I can not see any characters on my PC but can view them just fine on Tablet/mobile and even on someone else's PC. I have also tried multiple browsers. (Chrome and Edge) Anyone got any suggestions? WoTC were unable to help me. Im Semi - PC literate
I did eventually get it to work using Firefox. It’s still down with chrome and edge. I even have my PCs manufacturer looking into the issue. If they figure it out I will comment.

Given the time and date and response over ogl is this whiplash against players for the different OGL complaints?
I am unable to load the character sheets of the characters in my account - any known fix for this?
Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our API check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.
Try again after a Short Rest.

After a security update on my computer, I find that my characters load again.
Hi
I also have this issue, I don’t know how to fix it!

Feels like it at this point…
This started over a week ago for me, and I've done EVERYTHING suggested, including going above and beyond and reseting my router. NOTHING is working.
Have you tried deleting your browser cache or attempting on someone else's computer?
Same here, absolutely nothing has worked and it's really frustrating. Especially since none of the solutions work at all.

I super appreciate WotC super ignoring the problem when this is a growing issue too.
