I purchased MordenKainen a few months ago, and never noticed this before, but I wanted to make a Fallen Aasimar and the race wont show up in character builder. I got to search it up, see its in the MordenKainen, know I have it purchased, double check, and yes, I do have it. I still cannot access Fallen Aasimar.
They work differently in the new book. Instead of variant races, at level 3, you select a Celestial Revelation; Necrotic Shroud is essentially the same as Fallen Aasimar.
