I am doing a one shot for a few buds of mine. I have a campaign that has worked already for previous one shots. When one of my players uploaded his character, I can not access it. when I click on view character sheet, it sends me back to the campaign screen. I have cleared my cookie and data cache already and it has not helped. I need more help 

I'm having the exact same issue.  The same DnD Beyond user was in another campaign with a different DM and he had that same issue with that users character.  Any ideas?\

I tried a bunch of stuff to see if it would solve the issue. The only thing that let me access his character sheet was downloading the DnD Beyond app and accessing the character through there. Hopefully that can be a short term solution to the problem.

Edit: If you are the DM, go into a different characters sheet, go to the top right corner where it says campaign and  the name of your campaign, click on that tab and a side bar will appear with a list of all characters in the campaign, click on the character your having issues with and it will open the sheet in a new tab. Hopefully this helps.

I am getting pretty fed up with using my phone. I've been unable to access my characters for a few sessions now. I've cleaned my computer, cleared cache and cookies, used different browsers. Nothing. What's up guys?

This actually worked; until they resolve this issue I'll use this method. Thank you very much
