When I go to DNDBeyond and enter my Campaign.  I try to click Launch Maps:

I get an error message:

Something went wrong!

During the campaign I was running on Wed. 5 of my 6 players ran into this issue.  After many attempts to reload the map appeared.  Then later into the session the maps all locked up.  Tried to reload again and ended up with this error yet again.  At this point some got in and some did not.  

Today while prepping for my next session I cannot access my maps.  

Let put put my IT hat on. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and testing on another browser? And for the players it worked for, were they all using the same browser or different?

I have the same issue and changing browsers and clearing the cache did not work, still having the same issue. 

Gotcha. With it happening on multiple browsers, could maybe be a an issue on the DNDBeyond side. I'm now facing the same error. Running some tests now and will let you know if I'm able to fix it!

I'm getting this quite a lot. Same thing. Cross browser, cleared cache.  It seems go come and go. If I keep trying eventually it works, but not sure if it's on my side or not.  Guessing it's something syncing on the backend?

I didn't see an appropriate category in the DNDBeyond ticket selection

These options may be the best to choose when submitting the ticket. If it's not right, ideally they will route the ticket to the appropriate team.

edit - scratch that, I had to reload about 10 times then it appeared.

I have an issue that may or may not be related. I cant get any of my maps to load period. I selesct a map and then it refuses to load. I have tried on maps i have uploaded, on maps that are part of the lost caverns of Trojanith or whatever it called lol, i have tried several maps even the basic one. All say the same, "We are having trouble loading this map, contact support" which when i go to the support page I find no answers. Also, i will say i am new dnd beyond

I’m getting an issue where when ever I try to start a campaign with a premade map it sends me to the maps page. I don’t quite know what this means but I hop it gets patched soon because I want to play with my friends.

I think I know what you are talking about, and I think what is happening there is you just have to use the pre-made maps in the maps area. If you don't have a Master account then you can't use maps. Also, I am experiencing a problem where I can't use any map I load in maps, weather part of the campaign and pre-made, or imported myself. It just refuses to load any maps period in the maps thing.

So, it looks like a work around in the meantime is to access your map menu and delete then readd that map.

Quick thing, I know this doesn't belong on this thread, but, would any of you be willing to look at my posted Thread on the DM's Guild labeled as Welcome to Zionderia.
