I’ve been trying to log into the app for the past few days with no luck. I can only use google as that’s the only thing linked to my account. Every time I try I get a pop up saying “to log in with google you agree to their privacy policy and must allow tracking” with the options being “Change Settings” and “Dismiss”. Each time I press change settings, it takes me to the settings main page but nothing else. Please help! I use iphone if that matters.
I open a ticket. But not sure where it been sent to or what department. Still waiting to hear. They did reply at the beginning and I tried what they said. But nothing.
This is kinda getting ridiculous. Support isn't gonna be able to help with this multiple people have reached out already. Is there anyone that can like escalate this or pass along to dev team? We literally can't access the content we paid for on mobile.

Workaround (if you have a Twitch account): login in browser DnDbeyond, in account settings, link to Twitch account, use verification code, wait 10 minutes, login in DnDbeyond app, use verification code, done.
Tried every workaround, they're not working and multiple users have claimed they're not. We have no access to our accounts and paid content via mobile which is kinda half the purpose.
It's been like this for weeks and was previously an issue that was never escalated as well. The bigger issue is support doesn't know/can't help on tickets for this and it's not being passed along. We need actual assistance.

I'm having the same problem. I even been in contact with support. They don't seem to understand the problem. So if you find a fix. Please share
This needs to be passed onto the dev team, support isn't helping.

They're just support this needs to escalate to dev team. If they don't know it's an issue it's never gonna get fixed.

Understand it's a weekend right after a holiday in the US. Support probably won't be back on until Monday.
