As a DM, I would like to add Glabbagool as a Sidekick to one of my Players characters in the Extras tab, but the descriptive text reveals spoilers of the Out Of The Abyss campaign, notably:
Juiblex’s arrival in the Underdark has granted Glabbagool sentience and awareness.
Can someone please remove this sentence from the Glabbagool description.
That's how the monster is described in the book, so that's how it's presented in D&D Beyond. Given that converting a creature into a sidekick requires you make a homebrew copy of the creature already, you can just remove the spoiler.
That is not true. I can add Glabbagool as a Sidekick without creating a homebrew copy, by unchecking the 'Filter Using Sidekick Rules' checkbox.
I have, however, taken the approach of creating a homebrew copy anyway (prior to posting this issue) and removing the spoiler text in my copy.
But I thought it would be nicer if the official copy removed that text for anyone else wanting to use the official Monster, regardless of the description in the book, since Players will not be reading the book.

Apologies, when you said you were using the statblock as a sidekick, I assumed you meant using the sidekick rules.
D&D Beyond always presents content as it appears in the books, so until there comes a point that the spoiler information is removed/moved from the stat block, it's safe to assume the information will remain and you'll have to remove it using the homebrew tools
