I sent in another help ticket. I preordered will before the new market link became active and when I preordered it had said that the digital pre-order would get Early Access yet I am still trying to get the access we were promised for ordering early. Any help would be appreciated
I have a ticket in as well, I preordered February 18th under the impression all preorders digital or bundle came with Early Access. There are multiple screen captures floating around the internet from other people as well. It appears the “new” marketplace update just before launch is the issue. Been waiting over a week for an official response but to no avail. Under my account licenses it shows the pre order and all the various perks with it but still no access even after I sync entitlements. Really hope this wasn’t a bait and switch. On YouTube you can find a series of videos by Gamemaster that delves into the issue. Just be careful how you post in the forums, a lot of people received marks and temporary bans because they are taking their frustration out in the forums not in a kind way.
So, has *anyone* who ordered the bundle before the marketplace switch over, or did so internationally, actually gotten the early access as of May 7 that is *still* promised on that site?
Or have they messed up with everyone's pre-orders and opened themselves up to a potential class action and/or enforcement actions?
Honestly, this is getting kind of silly now... I ordered after the switch, so I've known for a while no early access even though I was shunted over to Beyond from the product page where it was being advertised, and now I have the physical book in hand before the digital access. Had I known this would be the case, there would have been essentially no incentive to get the bundle rather than look for a deal on the book at Amazon or elsewhere - and I note that they're not talking about early access for Infinite Staircase either, meaning there's no reason to order in this way before the full release date.
So, I'll correct myself... on the old DND Store site where you can no longer complete a purchase if you're in the continental US, Infinite Staircase claims purchasers of the bundle will get early access on July 9, the usual week ahead of the July 16 release date. There is no similar early access mentioned if you look at the same bundle (same price at least) on D&D Beyond. Ergo, for some bizarre reason, they are offering early access to international but not US purchasers of the bundle, ergo, they don't care to offer any incentive to US customers to actually pre-order rather than order on day and date.
I'm not sure they've really thought this through, or what business sense treating one set of customers worse than the other would make or purpose it would serve.

This was my first and last time using the DND Beyond service and purchasing any product here, as well as from my group. Respect for the customer in this place does not exist.
Chapter 6: Night of Blue fire has a text error at the very bottom of the page: "An enormous, magical tree seems to be the location of the next rod piece, though the characters soon learn the piece is elsewhere." This is a description of chapter 6, not the subsequent chapter 7. In fact this text is a copy of the descriptive text under the image of the Peylon Tree and I suspect it was added here by mistake.
Even if it's not a mistake, this style of text describing rod location in the next chapter is not present in any other chapter, so it could reasonably be removed.
So, same issue as above- it's not showing in Maps as an option for me? I've double checked that all my entitlements are synced and such, refreshed everything, but no luck. I'll try again periodically to see if it fixes itself or not, but figured I'd mention it. Edit: Got it
Ordered the digital and physical bundle, checked the order a few days later and they canceled the physical part of the bundle but then charged me for the digital half which is 30$?? i wanted them both. I've never ordered from dnd beyond any reason they did this and how i could get my money back and/or fix my order?
I think this is a typo in the description for rod of seven parts
Desperate to save themselves and their allies, powerful elemental beings called the Wind Dukes of Aaqa rose against Miska. Committed to the concept of law, the Wind Dukes descended from a people called the vaati, who once ruled many worlds. Seven Wind Dukes wove their power into an artifact called the Rod of Law. The dukes used the rod to imprison Miska on the plane of Pandemonium. As a result, the rod shattered into seven parts that were scattered throughout the multiverse. The rod thus became known as the Rod of Law.
Should that last part not read Rod of Seven Parts...
After not getting early access even though I paid 1 month in advance, (I allowed this slight as a one time mistake), I now eventually have access to the contents of Vecna Eve of Ruin, however when trying to use your maps feature I have none of the tokens available to use. I have all my licenses up to date and have done all of the things recommended to others in previous replies. Is there anything that can be done to help?
edit, I am an international user, United Kingdom. If this makes any difference
after a lot of back and forth the problem has now been rectified. If anyone out there is having the same problem of not being able to access the tokens for this module can I suggest that you empty your browser caches and then reload your maps

so last night when I posted this I was reading in the DDB app but when I check the website it does say Rod of Seven Parts so it's the app that needs to be fixed.

the rod of law and the rod of seven parts are the same thing. It was originally called the Rod of Law and when it was broken it became known as the rod of Seven Parts, but when it's made whole again, many call it the Rod of Law.

Yes but the point is there is a typo, when it's broken it's called the rod of seven parts, it's correct on the website but the app wasn't updated.
I’m currently trying to purchase the digital copy on the DnD Beyond app. Unfortunately Eve of Ruin isn’t there. Im paid up on my access tier, I’ve closed and reloaded the app, confirmed that all of my entitlements are synced and I cannot see the book. Has anyone from Canada been able to purchase it through the app?

I think that D&D Beyond has spoken loud and clear with the silence. They intend to do nothing to fix the issue, just ignore it.

I've been as vocal as I know how. That WotC has not officially said anything one way or the other in and of itself, speaks volumes.
My concern is that future preorders will be treated the same, or even worse, changes (updates) will be made with zero notice.

So Eve of Ruin is not purchaseable past the Pre-Order deadline......like you cannot purchase this digital as of this moment.
Will Vecna: Eve of Ruin be playable on Maps? I pre-ordered it and now I have access to it. However, I cannot get it to show up on Maps.
Edit: Disregard. It is showing up now.
