I'm rebuilding my warlock right now, and one of the big changes is that the Warlock now gets a bunch of extra spells always prepared based on their subclass.
But looking at my character sheet, I'm a bit confused how this works, because the spells are listed under their normal spell levels as "At Will" instead of at my max level with the rest of my prepared spells.
Is this as intended? Does my Great Old One Warlock have to ability to cast unlimited uses of Dissonant Whispers at level 1 now?
It's an error/bug in the coding. I encountered the same thing. My 7th level warlock has fireball at will - which, while pretty sweet, is not what's intended.

They are not at will. So that wold sound like an error in how it is displayed, its just automatically known.

Just noticed this too. It is a bug. The subclass spells should show up under Pact Magic, not listed “at-will” separately from pact magic.
