When you select the Tiefling race from the core races, you will get the Thaumaturgy cantrip for free with the Otherworldly Presence feature. However, there is a glitch where it shows up multiple times on the character sheet...
In the Spells tab, it appears FOUR TIMES under Cantrips, and in the Features & Traits tab, under Species Traits, in Otherwordly Presence, it also shows up FOUR TIMES. The only difference is that there it lists Charisma for the first listing under Otherworldly Presence, and the other three listings are marked as Intelligence. Please note, that Otherworldly Presence says it uses whichever stat you listed for your Fiendish Legacy spells, and for that I chose Intelligence (since the character is a wizard). p.s. ... Not sure if this is intentional or not, but the spells you select as a core rules Wizard subclass are always prepared. I'm fine with that, but the Illusionist Savant feature doesn't indicate that the spells would be always prepared.
It breaks more then that and I'm pretty sure it's more than just the races. Cthonic tiefling with charisma gives me 6 uses of false life for free. Also with Warlock some of the spells are configured completely differently without an explanation such as scorching ray not needing spell slot unless I missed something. I guess this is why it is early acess. I may simply be mis reading or be un used to these changes. But I feel like it's supposed to be Cast instead of at will. (I'm using the fiend warlock level 3 if you want to fact check me)
