Surprised if there isn’t a thread for this already but I can’t find it. I’ve just noticed that my 2024 rules characters can only select feats from the 2024 books, that leaves out loads of really useful ones from Tasha’s and Xanathar’s as well as 2014 PHB ones that aren’t updated 

Turn on the "extended rules" toggle in the character builder.

For the old PHB, you also want "2014 core", but I don't think there are many non-superseded feats in the book

Thanks but I’ve done all that and still only being given 2024 feats as options on the manage feats list

Just checked on a 2024 character, and they're there for me.

They are categorized now. Did you scroll down past the core rules feats to find the extended rules ones?
