Clear your browser cache and re-login. That's the only way I've found to fix it. It used to only happen when they had major site updates. Now it seems to be a weekly occurrence.

No pattern to it. Some of my characters the art is visible sometimes it vanishes all together and reverts to a black screen
Not sure why nor how to fix it.
Re-uploading images doesn't work.
