I have most of the pre-2024 book purchased on D&DBeyond and I am trying to build a Sorcerer but not all of the subclasses are showing up as options. I am specifically trying to the Abberent Mind subclass from Tasha's (which I definitely own because I am using a Psi Warrior Fighter in a different game.)
Does anyone know of a reason why this could be an issue?

To use content from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, you need to have "Expanded Rules" checked on the Home tab of the character builder.
You should also check whether you're using the 2014 or 2024 version of the Sorcerer class. If you're using the 2024 version, and you don't own the 2024 Player's Handbook, you'll only see the subclass options from the 2024 Free Rules. If you want to use the 2014 version, make sure "2014 Core Rules" is checked on the Home tab and then change your class to the 2014 version on the Class tab. You may need to scroll down to find it.
I looked at the "Expanded Rules" and it is checked. I currently have her as a "Shadow Magic" sorcerer from Xanathar's, so I assume that my other content is working just fine. Like I mentioned originally, I have a different character that is using a subclass from Tasha's, so I really don't understand why those options are not showing for this character.

Again, it is likely because you're using the 2024 version of the class without owning the 2024 Player's Handbook. The Aberrant subclass was updated for 2024 and included in the 2024 PHB, which means that a 2024 Sorcerer has to use that version and not the Tasha's version. But if you don't own the 2024 PHB, you won't have access to the 2024 version of the subclass, and so neither version will show up for you. The Shadow subclass was not updated for the 2024 PHB and therefore the old version is still available.
If you want to use the 2024 version, you'll need to purchase the 2024 PHB. If you want to use the 2014 version, you'll need to switch to the 2014 version of the Sorcerer class as I described above.
I just bought the 2024 PHB and the subclasses still aren't showing up. Any ideas?
Sometimes it can take a little while for the character options from a recent purchase to actually show up in the character builder. You can check whether yours are synced up properly by going here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Look at the "Account Entitlements" section at the top and see if it says your entitlements are synced. If it says they're not, there should be a button there to manually sync them. That should do the trick.

I finally found it. I had to delete my class selection and re-select the class to gain access to the 2014 version. Thank you for your help.
