This seems to happen when people open the resulting PDFs in Microsoft Edge. It doesn't like the prefilled form fields for some reason. If you're using Edge, try using a different browser or PDF viewer.

I've been having issues converting character sheets to PDF, I just end up with a 5-page blank sheet. Anyone else having this issue?
