I've been a member and subscriber for years having made many digital purchases and physical purchases that I then used the digital key for. Yesterday when I logged in I had a prompt that forced me to change my screen name. I couldn't get around it as the system would not let me log in without doing that. So I changed it.
When I went to look at my sourcebooks, it showed that I had made no purchases at all and now I have only been a member for a few minutes. I went back into my emails and tracked down all the product keys to try and get my digital content back but it said that those keys have already been used. Fortunately I still have access to all digital content on the app, just not on this website. Logging out and logging back in isn't working, it still showing that I haven't made any purchases.
Help!!! I want all my content back. Submitting a ticket is no help as I keep getting stuck going in circles with no clear path to submit any kind of ticket or get any kind of help from a real person.
Seems like you’ve somehow signed into a new account. The one you’re currently posting from was created around 20 hours ago. The prompt must have been to choose a username for the new account.
If you sign out and use your original login method, you should still be able to access your original account.
If you’re not sure what your original login method was, try editing one of your characters in the app, which should load the actual site with you signed in. Then click the menu button in the top right, click your avatar, and click My Account.
I tried that but it doesn't work. This website only lets me log in through Wizards of the Coast, Twich, Apple and Google. Historically I would just log in through Twitch. So when I try to log out and log back in it just takes me back to this new account. Same when I try to log in through Wizards page.
I was able to finally submit a ticket and showed them the last 12 months of order receipts for my master subscription as well as the .pdf receipts of my last 5 digital purchases. I'm glad I keep good records of this kind of stuff.
Did you try looking up your login methods through the app, as described above? You should be able to change them there as well if you need another way to sign into your original account.
