Basically, I logged in with my usual gmail method with the same gmail account as always but DnD Beyond decided to create another account instead of let me enter my original account. My original account is called ''Syzorn'' and it has all the purchases I made in the website. I don't know what to do to fix it, I already sended a request for help but they don't respind.
I'm having the same issue but I swear there used to be an option to log in via discord. My original user name is 'Ace_Dutch'. However I can't find that option anymore. I put all together around 100 euro or more into that account and I want to get my access back, please help.
While it's possible to link your DDB and Discord accounts, that's solely for use with Avrae. There's never been an option to sign into DDB using your Discord account.

I’m also having this problem. I got logged out of the app and can’t figure out how to log back in. My original username was Emie_I
This was painful to fix, and I have no idea why I was even signed out of my account.
