Oath of Castigation's oath spell are not always prepared, and are instead added to the spell list as options. This is regardless of whether or not the spell is already on the paladin spell list, resulting in the list having 3 versions of divine favor instead of 2. Both the 2014 and 2024 versions are affected.
I'm not able to reproduce this on the 2024 Paladin. Can you share a link to an affected character? Please make sure their "Character Privacy" setting is set to "Public" as well.
