The channel is https://www.twitch.tv/crituitousrp. The account has a character in two different campaigns. The account recently left one campaign and deleted the character associated with it. The remaining characters are:
Just an update. I also tried uninstalling the extension, rather than deactivating it. But this did not resolve the issue either. The request still comes back 401 Unauthorized.
sorry to hear about the issue! We have gone ahead and cleared out the config and you should be good to go!
the current issue is if you have a campaign selected in the extensions and then lose access to the campaign, the extension no longer has permission to view it and errors. We will work on getting a fix out, but in the mean time you should be fixed up!
Good morning! I am currently having the same issue with the DnD Beyond Twitch Overlay Extension. It stays stuck on the configuration loading screen. The Twitch channel is twitch.tv/fdmnomore .
Im having an issue where the extension isnt showing on the bottom of the screen to turn on at all. I activated already but im getting nothing on my twitch channel screen. Is there someothing im not doing right?

On my channel's dashboard/live page, the D&D Beyond Interactive Overlay is stuck on the Extension Configuration screen:
I opened Chrome's dev console and saw the following request 401'd:
https://te.dndbeyond.com/campaigns/characters/82180
{"statusCode":401,"error":"Unauthorized","message":"Invalid JWT"}

I tried deactivating the extension and reactivating it, to no avail. I'm on a Windows 10 64bit machine.
