I actually don't know if this is a bug or not. With all unofficial options turned off, the Resilient feat can be selected for multiple characteristics.
e.g. You can select Resilient (Wisdom) and then later also select Resilient (Dexterity), and gain the characteristic bonus and saving throw proficiency for both characteristics.
I thought this feat could only be selected once, but theoretically D&D Beyond knows the rules better than I do.
Wait, are you only supposed to be able to take it once? All this time I thought you could take it multiple times. Looking carefully, elemental adept is the only feat that says it can be taken multiple times.
Well, the rules p165 spell it without any ambiguity:
You can take each feat only once, unless the feat's description says otherwise.
And resilient doesn't say anything, so you're right, we shouldn't be able to take it more than once. I assume it's a common houserule/misruling though, I'll admit I didn't know about this limitation either!
As they have it, it seem to read off almost like they are different feats but all under the Resilient header, maybe?
So this would mean that "Resilient Dexterity" is actually a separate feat than "Resilient Constitution". But I don't know if Resilient is the feat, or the header.
Ultimately, it's your GM's decision, but this is the kind of thing that I wish was better explained. It's technically the same problem I have with Magic Initiate.
That all being said, at my Table, Resilient is the header. If you wanna tank one or all of your feats into just not taking any Save Effect, more power to you. Just means I need to avoid those if I really want to give that player a good scare and just hit them with tons of Raw dmg. LOL.
There is only one Resilient feat, and it can only be taken once. It's broken down into multiple feats due to limitations of DDB's system, not by any modifications to the listing or description of feats as published by WotC.
I agree, it would be nice if DDB could provide some word of warning somewhere (like, as a note inside the feat itself) for folks newer to D&D, who aren't familiar with the differences between what DDB advertises itself as being able to do and what functionality is still in progress. But they don't, so here we are.

Is this working as intended?

I think it may be a matter or wording as well.

Bit of a thread necro, but Jeremy Crawford answered this back in 2015 under the following tweet:
