Went to build a new character today and noticed the Aasimar Variant class is available, but not any of the other subclasses. I have the content purchased. I noticed someone who recently commented on a now resolved thread who had the same issue, so I don’t think I’m the only one it’s happening to. I was trying to build the character on my phone, rather than my desktop browser, if that makes a difference.
For those affected; can you please try logging out of your account and logging back in? If that doesn't work, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team: https://support.dndbeyond.com
Hello! The team has put out a fix that should address this issue. Please check and see if your purchased subraces appear now, and if they don't try to logout and clear your cache, then check again.
Someone has shared Volo's with me so I should be able to make an aasimar. If that is not the case, I'd be happy to buy the race, but there is no listing for it.
You'll need to create the character within the campaign where Volo's is being shared. If you created the character on your own, you won't have access to shared content until after you join the campaign with that character.

Just to reiterate what Mary said, you can only use shared character options if that character is in the campaign they are shared in.
If you want to buy the race, it has 3 subraces (protector, scourge, and fallen) which can each be found in volo's under "subraces". The base race comes with it for free. There is also a variant aasimar in the DMG.

I too am having the same issue.
Current Product Licenses
Both my Aasimar subclasses and all of my shifters were missing and I’m not sure why. I have proof of purchase for both :(
