I have homebrewed a few spells for a campaign that I am running; however, when I have made some adjustments (such as initial spell level) it does not update as such. Also, homebrew spells that I delete from both my creations and collection remain in spell lists. Is there anything additional that I need to do or is there a bug?
Hey, so first, when you remove any kind of homebrew from your collection, it will not be removed from a player sheet until you manually remove it. Secondly, there is a chance that changing something like the required level for the spell might act in the same way. The sheet likely can't update itself from showing the spell as a 1st-level to now being a 2nd-level spell (especially when a character only has access to 1st-level spells and now the spell is 2nd-level. It likely doesn't know how to handle that except display it until it's removed. However, it could just be cached and it ends up taking a few minutes for your browser to update the changes; keep in mind you will have to refresh your page to see the changes. Be sure whenever you make changes to your homebrew to change the version number whether from 1 to 2 or 1 to 1.1 however you'd like to denote it (that way you know that the changes are reflected on the sheet). If it's a change you really need to be immediately visible remove the homebrew from the character sheet, refresh the page, and re-add the homebrew. This should instantly update it for you as the site has to find the freshly edited homebrew.
Was refreshing pages left, right, and centre and getting nothing. Lo and behold turning off Homebrew, refreshing and turning it on again fixed it! Thanks!
There is also something related when making a homebrew subclass, homebrew spells that is deleted still show up on the additional spell list. I think it might be a bug

Thanks, I will give this a try and give an update later.

This issue has been reported in the past, yes. It's unintended behavior for the forms.
It's been two years...how is this still an issue. It makes is difficult to update Homebrew subclasses when the Expanded Spells doesn't update.
