There's a few areas of the Ironslag location that refer to this sidebar. For example, area 9 says:

Other chapters have placed the General Features towards the start of each chapter/location, but I can't seem to find it in anywhere on the Ironslag page.
Edit: Maelstrom also seems to be missing its General Features despite having seven references to them.
