I purchased the PHB and am having an issue with the character builder.
Players in my campaign now have access to new character features, race, etc.. This seems to work fine as long as my Content Sharing is enabled.
But when I try to create a character for myself, out of the campaign, I don’t have access to the new content. I’ve tried messing with every toggle switch on the character sheet but nothing seems to work. As a test I imported that character into my campaign and I now had access to the new content.
That's definitely bizarre - can you check to see if your entitlements are in sync? You can navigate here and when you do, there will be a button that says "Sync my Entitlements" if they're not in sync.
